To legally sell number plates we must be provided with two types of documents:

• Identification (Proof of Address)
• Entitlement to the Registration

Buying number plates online legally requires Registered Number Plate Suppliers to see documentation.

We'll guide you through the process after your order, you will be contacted by text message and/or e-mail post order.

Acceptable documents:

1. Identification

You can use the following to confirm your name and address:

• Utility bill, Telephone bill, Council Tax bill or rates bill from the last 6 months
• Bank or building society statement from the last 6 months
• Driving Licence (Photo-card or paper counterpart)
• National Identity Card

The ID document you provide does not need to match the entitlement document; this is because the laws permit buying number plates as a gift.

2. Registration Entitlement

You can use the following to confirm your Registration Entitlement:

• Vehicle registration certificate (V5C or V5CNI)
• New keeper supplement (V5C/2 or V5C/2NI)
• Certificate of entitlement to the number (V750 or V750NI)
• Retention document (V778)
• A renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11 or V11NI)
• Temporary registration certificate (V379 or V379NI)
• A number plate authorisation certificate with an official stamp from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) or Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) - (V948)
• An electronic number plate authorisation certificate (eV948)
• A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator (including lease or hire company) quoting the document reference number from the registration certificate
• If your fleet is in the new V5C on demand scheme (also called ‘V5C suppression’), a PDF of the vehicle’s details from the view vehicle record service

How much will delivery cost?

When will I receive my order?
We will start producing your order as soon as your payment has been processed and aim to dispatch all orders on the same day.

Our deliveries are made via Evri or DPD. You get to choose when you get to checkout.

All deliveries are fully trackable and you will receive a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Are the plates road legal in the UK?
Yes! All of the plates that we supply are 100% road legal.

What are the dimensions of the number plate?
Standard UK sized plates measures 520 mm x 111 mm (20" x 4.3") and are provided by default unless selected otherwise.

Do I get a warranty with my new printed number plates?
Yes! All number plates produced come with a 12-month warranty which covers any manufacturing defects or natural occurring issues.

Is a number plate fixing kit required?
We advise that customers install their new printed number plates using our or proper supplied fixing kit to ensure 100% reliability. For customers who want the quickest installation method, we would recommend our sticky pad fixing kit.

I am ordering my plates as a gift for somebody, is the external packaging plain?
Yes, the outer packaging is plain and does not contain our name on the packaging.
